Ross 330 kV PS-delivery of the RTU-180000/330-U1 controlled shunt reactor

In may 2020, Energeticheskiy Standart LLC signed a contract with Grodnoenergo for the supply of a 330 kV 180 MVAr controlled shunt reactor manufactured by Zaporizhtransformator (ZTR) FOR the 330 kV Ross PS.

It should be noted that many manufacturers of reactor equipment participated in the tender procedure. However, ZTR was the only manufacturer that was able to offer the Customer the production of the usr in two alternatives: a magnetization-controlled shunt reactor (UPSHR) and a usr with adjustment using a voltage switching device.

Controlled reactors produced by ZTR are installed at such facilities of the Belarusian power system as: PS "Baranovichi", PS "Miradino", PS "Postavy" and the Belarusian NPP.

ZTR manufactured the first controlled shunt reactor in 1997. All these years, ZTR has constantly improved both the design of the usr and the manufacturing process, which is carried out on the most modern high-tech equipment.
