Energeticheskiy Standart LLC took part in the 330-750 kV BB Program for branches of FGC UES PJSC to replace oil switches with gas-fired ones. The main advantages of gas-operated switches over oil and air ones are high reliability in operation, fire and explosion safety. At the same time, the elimination of the "air network" (compressors and air ducts) allows you to reduce the cost of electricity for the substation's own needs and free up the useful area of the power facility.
