220 kV substation "Tsentralnaya" and SS 220 kV "Palatka" – delivery of two controlled shunt reactors RTU-25000/220-U1 for the needs of JSC "Magadanenergo"

In 2018, the company "Energy Standard" was delivered two controlled shunt reactors, 220 kV 25 MVAr, designed for use in the composition of the Reactive Power Sources installed in the framework of reconstruction of SS 220 kV "Centralnaya" and 220 kV SS "Tent" of the JSC "Magadanenergo".

According to the Customer's requirements, the standard design of the usr for this class of voltage and power was changed and the reactor was designed and manufactured with the ability to connect a filter-compensating device (PKU) to its compensation winding with a power equal to the power of the usr itself.

Despite the complex logistics, namely, the difficulties encountered in the sea section of transportation (related to the reconstruction of the berths of the Magadan port), the equipment was delivered on time and was successfully put into operation at the end of 2018.
